"After spending our careers in the desert Southwest
	we were looking forward to a rich, active and healthy retirement. To achieve our goal, we wanted to find a rural community located closer to family, with medical facilities as well as other services. A community, along with its neighbors, that embraced its culture and history, one that offered opportunities for outdoor activities and a variety of entertainment venues. It had to be near water and experience the four seasons. We were seeking comfortable, affordable living in a pleasant, natural setting. It took three cross-country trips to find. Our roots in Minnesota drew us back to The Father of Waters. Here in the Mississippi river valley, with its imposing sandstone bluffs and rolling farmlands, we found everything we had been looking for in the small, quaint village of Trempealeau. We had found our home. Our search ended when we came to Pinewood Court. After 3 decades of working for the National Forest Service, we were delighted to discover spacious green home sites located in mature pine woodlands. The Court’s owners take pride in offering conveniences that are not offered by other manufactured housing communities. Families come in many configurations and all walks of life -- our neighbors are no different. With well-kept homes and yards, they must all agree that Pinewood Court is the special place we found."

	1) Clean mobile home sites 2) You can have garages 3) Neat and spacious sites 4) Pleasant owners of park 5) No dogs allowed 6) Price of rental sites reasonable 7) City water, sewer, and electricity 8) Park has rules and enforces them.  Keeping sites clean and not letting trash accumulate. 9) When you drive through park you observe mixed families -- young to old.  Makes for a great community within a community.
